Founding

Europos was founded in 1991 in Belgrade as Haron IT Company. Initially, the company mostly focused on creating its first software, a accounting program that had paved the way for the future company’s products.

The Beginning

After a year of work and successful implementation of the accounting software in several companies, we have decided to modernise our solution and start developing the first Point of Sale. We now work on developing software compatible with the retail and hospitality industry Touch POS systems.

The acquired experience and knowledge imposed the need to expand the company and introduce new information technology solutions and professional employee development. New retail, wholesale, manufacturing, hospitality software were being developed…

Strategic orientation

This was the time when Windows-based projects were booming, the time for growth and showcasing new solutions, and the time for educating the local market about new IT technologies and products.

2002

Specific Orientation

The company takes on a new name – EUROPOS.

We specialise in programming and implementing business information systems for companies. Owing to the strategic decision to use the Microsoft SQL platform in developing our products, we’ve assumed the respective Microsoft rights and obligations. We are marketing our first ERP system, Hubie, designed for a comprehensive management of company business.

Projects

Our information systems have been successfully implemented in following companies: Veropoulos, Apotekarska ustanova Beograd, Uradi Sam, and SP Lasta. We have also entered into a strategic partnership with Idea. We are constantly increasing our market share in ERP and POS systems. We are permanently improving our software with new functionalities and developing new specialised modules for running companies’ businesses.

Regional Leader

We are entering the market of Montenegro through projects for Donator, Martex, Mercator CG.

We are entering into partnerships with large organisations such as: Roda Cash & Carry, IM Matijević, Kit Komerc, Tekijanka, PP Sreten Gudurić and many other small and medium-sized enterprises.

International Market

Marketing of the new hospitality industry product ASP Gurman has in expanded our market presence in software solution implementation to United Kingdom.

Urban Hawks and field service solutions place us on the world market for cloud solutions.

We are creating a new solution for business and analytical reporting, EP Cube, and using it to penetrate the realm of advanced Hubie ERP reporting.
