data from PFR.<\/p><p data-start=\"244\" data-end=\"463\">When ESIR does not have communication with PFR, there are no tax rates, and ESIR prevents any further user activity. The creation and printing of fiscal invoices is blocked until communication with PFR is established.<\/p><p data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"552\">ESIR stores invoice content in the local database in
