EP Alerter offers three key capabilities:
Creating a database of IT system resources
Monitoring and displaying those resources, with notifications about any irregularities
Receiving alerts from other applications within your IT system
The third feature means that you can configure EP Alerter to notify you about events occurring in other systems — such as your ERP solution — giving you an even broader overview and control over your operations.

The operation of servers and workstations is continuously monitored in the “background mode,” and for each server or workstation, it is possible to perform any of the following checks:
Free disk space
Whether operating system services have started
Availability of servers and workstations and the quality of the network link
CPU load
Occupied RAM memory
Based on these checks and the parameters we define, we can get a clear insight into the status of a particular computer or server. The EP Alerter can notify us if the free disk space falls below the allowed threshold or if an important service has stopped running. It can also alert us if a computer is unavailable, the network has degraded, and other issues.
